To our headquarters in Warsaw we are currently looking for a person for the position: Accounting Officer.
The main tasks of the person employed in this post will include:
- • full accounting service of the company's customers (customers with a production, distribution and service profile);
- • keeping accounts (Symphonia);
- • verification and reconciliation of balances;
- • preparing tax settlements and settlements with the Social Insurance Institution;
- • preparing tax returns and financial statements;
- • preparing annual information and PIT declarations;
- • maintenance of staff-payment documentation (personal act, preparation of staff documents and certificates, contracts, annexes, work certificates, etc.);
- • clearing of posted workers;
- • current contact with the US and ZUS;
- • preparing customer reports, current customer contact, formal verification of documents received from customers;
- • cooperation with the tax and legal advisory department.
Requirements:
- • practical knowledge of the Accounting and Tax Law;
- • knowledge of financial and accounting programmes (mainly SAGE);
- • knowledge of the settlement of persons seconded to work by foreign entrepreneurs;
- • experience in direct cooperation with the customer;
- • experience in cooperation with companies operating in capital groups;
- • minimum 2-years of experience in a similar position (in the accounting department/accounting office/own accounting office);
- • knowledge of English at communicative level.
