Bar applicant/radical applicant
Minimum requirements:
- • Council or Bar application (min. II year of application),
- • established basic knowledge of civil, economic, civil and administrative law,
- • experience working in a law firm or similar (min. 6 months),
- • experience in drafting procedural documents, draft opinions and legal information.
Welcome:
- • knowledge and experience of bankruptcy and restructuring law,
- • the ability to operate judicial systems including the CRS,
- • interest in economic and tax issues.
