To our headquarters in Warsaw we are currently looking for: Tax Advisor or Lawyer / Legal Advisor with experience in tax advisory.
The main duties of the person employed in this post will include:
- • preparing legal and tax analyses,
- • preparation of legal and tax opinions and studies,
- • cooperation with tax advisers and legal advisers on legal and tax advice,
- • preparing letters on tax proceedings, customs and tax proceedings, tax checks and proceedings before administrative courts,
- • preparing requests for interpretation of tax law.
Requirements:
- • at least 2-years of experience in consulting companies and/or law firms,
- • higher education, preferred courses: law, economics,
- • practical knowledge of tax legislation,
- • the ability to analyse tax and commercial and economic law;
- • knowledge of English, knowledge of German will be an additional asset,
- • Full-time involvement,
- • ability to work in a task-oriented team,
- • commitment to improving qualifications and gaining new experience,
- • open attitude and proactive attitude in action.
In addition, welcome:
- • postgraduate studies in tax law/accountancy,
- • courses/training in tax law.
