The tax investigation team provides support in the course of tax and tax audits and tax proceedings at all stages of ongoing proceedings, including proceedings before administrative courts.
We provide both substantive support and help in ongoing contacts with the competent tax authorities and administrative courts, aiming at the best possible solution for entrepreneurs.
The team consists in particular of tax advisers and legal advisers, who combine expertise in the field of Polish and international tax law with many years of practice in tax proceedings and knowledge of applicable procedures.
The subject matter of our support of tax and judicial proceedings are all tax issues (corporate income tax, personal income tax, tax on goods and services (VAT, excise duty, local and other taxes).
In order to ensure a high level of substantive work, members of the Tax Procedures Team work closely with specialists from other tax teams, such as corporate tax, goods and services tax.
Support services during review, tax and judicial and administrative proceedings include:

- Preparation of the Company for tax and tax control, consisting of analysis of current and overdue tax obligations, preparation of relevant documents for control, verification of transfer pricing records, determination of defence lines,

- Tax advisory and assistance during tax / tax controls / tax proceedings,
- •
- Correspondence with the tax authorities during tax / tax audit / proceedings, in particular drawing up: appeals against decisions, requests for overpayments, reservations and explanations to the minutes and other letters necessary in the course of proceedings,

Proceedings before administrative courts (WSA and NSA), including preparation of procedural documents: complaints against decisions to provincial administrative courts, complaints, cassation complaints to NSA and representation of the Client before administrative courts.
Furthermore, the Tax Procedures Panel draws up requests for individual interpretations of tax law and for prior price agreements (APAs).
