Polish legislation on excise duties and customs duties is very complicated and unclear and requires a wide knowledge of EU regulations, as well as comprehensive knowledge of an interdisciplinary nature, in particular regarding the industries in which our companies operate.
The Customs and Excise Panel has extensive experience and expertise in customs and excise regulations in force in Poland and in the European Union.
