We have prepared for you a summary of December, in which we remind you of several new obligations that have been imposed on entrepreneurs since the new year. We refer to the law on remote work – a topic very timely, and we also write about changes in transfer prices.
In early February, the main business problem in Poland is lockdown. Although it concerns only some industries, we are all beginning to feel the consequences of their collapse. At the same time, we are watching restaurants, amusement parks, and hotels that said that government aid was insufficient or even – they did not get any help.
The courts shall annul the penalties imposed on them by the Sanepit, which are imposed under the Regulation, contrary to the Constitution, which guarantees the freedom to run the company unless it is limited by law in connection with the introduction of a state of emergency.
A wave of lawsuits and government-business pushes is a song for months to come, but under this mainstream there are standard procedures, changes that are worth tamed. In the flood of these negative ones, it is also worth paying attention to those that will facilitate work.
The good news is that there have already been transfer pricing facilitations, as described on the pages 10-11.
