20 March We have entered into a new reality, defined for the purposes of changing the law, an epidemic state. The Minister of Health introduced lockdown by successive regulations, severely limiting personal and economic freedom. An anti-crisis shield appeared on the horizon as early as the beginning of the month, which as a result became a real roller coaster for entrepreneurs.
The conclusion of March shows that still some threads were disconnected from the main problem, i.e.
COVID pandemic 19, the protection of personal data has also been taken into account, but lawyers have already begun to look at, among other things, the issue of force majeure, and politicians have started work on a special law on prevention, prevention and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and their emergency situations.
In his own first it was published in the Official Journal of the Laws 31 March. (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 568).
