Leszek Dutkiewicz

Partner and Head of the Katowice Office. He has been with Russell Bedford Poland since 2011. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young, KPMG and BDO, providing tax advisory services.

He specialises in tax law, transfer pricing, insolvency and restructuring advisory. As a licensed restructuring adviser, he acts as a supervisor and administrator, supporting both debtors and creditors.

He is the author and co-author of publications on tax, business and restructuring. An experienced lecturer, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is also trained in commercial mediation.
