Dr Andrzej Dmowski

Managing Partner responsible for the Legal Department. He has co-led Russell Bedford Poland since 2011 and is actively involved in the Russell Bedford International network. He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Warsaw.

From 2004 to 2011, he worked within the BDO network as Head of Tax Advisory in Poland, Head of the Katowice Office and International Tax Coordinator. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte & Touche and at law firms, advising corporate clients on legal and tax matters.

He is the author of the book “Transfer Pricing”, co-author of a commentary on the Corporate Income Tax Act and the author of numerous tax law publications. He is also an experienced lecturer and speaker.
