In the Polish Deal We read about the restrictions on garbage contracts. The legislator argues that "it will reduce the use of civil law contracts, including through the full settlement of contract contracts with the prospect of introduction one employment contract’. What does that mean?
A single contract of employment would replace all contracts, except for a work contract. We don't know the specifics of this solution yet.
The idea had already been abandoned years ago by the Civic Platform, which proposed that the contract should have a developmental form, depending on the work experience with the employer, who could regulate the period of notice or leave for the worker, in terms of how much time he had already worked with him.
This is, of course, an unacceptable proposal, disbursing the entire labour code and taking away the basic rights of workers, set top-down.
The idea of a single contract already developed by the Government of the United Right under the Labour Law Codification Commission is slightly different. This type of contract would be to cancel the proper employment contract, but would take into account the nature of the work: casual, non-eavesty, as well as the new category of workers, so-called autonomous, i.e. those who de facto verify their working time themselves.
New to the Labour Code, including the Single Contract, are to enter into force after market research and consultation, to 2024.
