The Russell Bedford global professional services network announced the appointment of ECA as the first ever member company in Senegal.
ECA (Expertise compact, Conseils & Audit) was founded in 2016 by the current managing partner, Djiby Mete, CPA of more than 20-year experience in statutory and contractual audits, accounting and financial advice. He is also a member of the National Member Commission and the National Accounting Council of ONECCA - the National Institute of Experts of Senegal.
Based in the capital of Senegal, Dakar, the company with three partners also has branches in Tambacounda and Kédougou, in the eastern and southeastern regions of Senegal. The company also plans to open branches in Ziguinchor and Saint-Louis, in the southern and northern regions of Senegal.
In addition to managing the company, Djiby Mete is also a lecturer in various academic centers, including the University of Dakar, the University of Dakar-Bourguiba and the Higher Institute of Management (ISM).
ECA offers a wide range of services to both private and public sector customers, including account preparation, IFRS assistance, accounting outsourcing, financial consultancy, internal and external audit, due diligence and training. Several listed companies and public-interest entities are the clients.
