The amendments concern, inter alia, parking records which are more friendly to some industries.

Persons operating under an overwhelming code:

  • 49.39.Z – passenger transport, other passenger land transport),
  • 77.39.Z – rental and leasing of other machinery, equipment and material goods, n.e.c.,
  • 90.01.Z – activities related to the exhibition of artistic performances,
  • 90.02.Z – activities supporting the production of artistic performances,
  • 93.29.A – activity of mystery rooms, houses of fear, dance venues and other forms of entertainment or recreation organised in rooms or in other places with closed spaces,
  • 93.29.B – other entertainment and recreation activities n.e.c.,
  • 93.29.Z – other entertainment and recreation activities n.e.c. (excluding the activities of amusement parks and amusement parks),

is entitled to an additional parking allowance (except for the standard three times) if the income from that activity obtained in the calendar month preceding the month of submission of the application referred to in section 2. The bill, was lower at least by 75% in relation to revenue generated in the same calendar month in 2019
