The crisis shield introduces new responsibilities, including filing work contracts with the Social Insurance Institution. The law will apply from the new year.
Article 22 Acts of the day 31 March 2020 amending the Act on Special Solutions for Prevention, Prevention and Control COVID-19, other infectious diseases and the resulting crisis situations and certain other laws provide that:
The contributor or the natural person ordering the work shall inform An undertaking to conclude any contract for a work if such contract is concluded with a person with whom he is not in employment, or if, under such contract, he does not work for the employer with whom he is in employment, within the time limit 7 days from the date of conclusion of that agreement
To date, there is no pattern of writing to be submitted. They are to be defined by the decree of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
The new obligation is to control the shield measures, especially those relating to the parking lot for those who remain on civil contracts, while the aim seems to be missed when we look at the deadlines – most of the shield measures will already be distributed in the new year.
The question "why" of the new sharpening is answered, therefore, that this may be a step towards cancelling work contracts. This in turn will increase the gray zone and will make it difficult to develop, for example, freelancing, which is developing strongly in many industries.
