According to previous announcements, the MF reported that interactive CIT-TP and PIT-TP forms are already available.
These forms form the official form of the simplified report to which taxpayers are required to submit the documentation preparation obligations (for those entities in which the revenue or costs for the previous tax year have exceeded 10,000,000 EUR).
Time limit for the submission of the simplified report for the year 2017 past day 30 September 2018 Some taxpayers have done this obligation before, making a CIt-TP or PIT-TP together with an annual declaration. A little doubt in this respect was due to the originally proposed solution in which the simplified report was to be annexed to the annual income tax return. Currently available forms allow a simplified report to be submitted independently of the annual declaration, without any need for correction.
