Founded in 2005 by the current Managing Director, P.S. Balasubramanyam, Assure Consulting has its office in Bahrain's capital city, Manam. It is a well-developed consulting and bookkeeping company, managing, serving customers in Bahrain and other Middle East countries.
It is one of the leading companies providing management consulting services on the local market. Assurance Consulting provides advisory services in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, financing, IT, corporate restructuring and placement, as well as internal audit and accounting services.
The company's customer base includes insurance companies, banks, health and education establishments and family businesses.
