He specializes in tax and bankruptcy and restructuring consulting, dealing with comprehensive customer service, primarily in the fields of tax law, transfer prices, taxation of business income and capital groups.
As a restructuring advisor, he serves as an overseer, manager in restructuring proceedings, and advises customers on optimal use of the possibilities offered by restructuring law, both in the position of debtor and creditor.
In his professional work, he uses experience gained during his practice in RB and earlier in BIG4, thanks to which he has a wide perspective on the reality of conducting business in many industries (e.g. IT, logistics and transport, professional services, medical industry, industry).
Author and co-author of publications on tax, economic and restructuring law issues. Experienced lecturer and author of training in tax and restructuring law.
Graduated from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration.
It has professional preparation for conducting economic mediation.
