On behalf of Russell Bedford Poland Sp. z o.o. and RB Restructuring S.A. we invite you to participate in free event Transfer pricing day – meeting to be held as part of the RB meeting with entrepreneurs on 27 October 2022 at the Katowice headquarters at Lompy Street 14.
The theme will be to document and report transactions for the year 2021 and planned changes in documentation and reporting obligations per year Directive 2022/2023.
During a brief speech, advisor Russell Bedford Poland will present problems that arise in relation to documentation and reporting of transactions carried out in the year 2021 – the deadline for meeting these obligations in most cases expires at the end of the year 2022, We are therefore aware of the importance of these issues. We will also talk about changes in transfer prices that will apply from the beginning 2023, also planned on the basis of the latest draft amending act dated 24 August 2022
