On 27 April., in Warsaw headquarters Russell Bedford, at Marynarska Street 11, held the Warsaw Tax Breakfast – challenges for entrepreneurs to change corporate income tax regulations.
The meeting was led by a counselor Andrzej Dmowski and Leszek Dutkiewicz – Managing partners At Russell Bedford. There have been selected changes in corporate income tax, which have been in operation since the new year. The year of application of the new transfer pricing rules was also summarised.
The subject of tax and tax risks related to the lack of documentation was addressed.
The meeting also listened to lectures on: public administration control activities on transfer prices; introduction of sources of income in CIT; introduction of rules limiting the amount of KUPs related to intangible services expenditure, introduction of an economic justification clause for company ports and taxation of cash contributions, modification of the rules on controlled foreign company (CFCs), changes in the functioning of tax capital groups (PGKs), introduction of definitions of revenues achieved in the territory of the Republic of Poland and their impact on the collection of tax at source.
Finally, each participant could benefit from individual consultations.
