Despite the not very optimistic moods we see in Poland and in the world, the network Russell Bedford International holds strong and even increases, as confirmed by the reports cited in this magazine's RB edition, as well as the nomination for the “Network of the Year” award at the Digital Accountancy Awards 2021. Also in Poland we strengthen our position, among other things, by opening a new office in Bydgoszcz.
Beautiful Bydgoszcz, called the Venice of the North, is another city where the headquarters appeared Russell Bedford Poland. The new office is located on the second floor of the modern Modern Office building building, on Queen Jadwiga Street 18, in the central district of Midtown.
The Bydgoszcz office is managed by Przemysław Kujawa, a valued economist and tax advisor, specialising in transfer prices. Transfer pricing is one of the main areas of our business. Our customers often come to us for advice with tp or help with documentation. In this issue of our monthly magazine, transfer prices are the leading topic.
Damian Kuszewski from the Warsaw office of the RB discusses transactions exempt from documentation obligation, while Leszek Dutkiewicz, Director of the office in Katowice, recalls the 13th Transfer Pricing Forum, a government meeting focused on this subject, in which we participate since first editing.
Leszek has good news for us about the fact that the Ministry of Finance has decided to postpone the entry into force of the hidden dividend rules, which will allow further analysis on the part of the legislator, and on the part of taxpayers will increase the predictability of tax rules in the year 2022.
In the current issue also a summary of the Court Watch Poland Foundation report, which prepared Citizen Monitoring of Courts 2021 and other topics that we have lived on last month, which still remain valid.
