We also note good news for business, including the announcement of the resumption of work on REITs (p.6-7), judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal, which should affect the principles of property, land, buildings and structures taxation, giving new possibilities to reduce liabilities (p.
8), and confirmation of the creation of a new law with a view to creating a new legal form, namely a family foundation that can solve problems with the success of companies (p. 12).
