Global Performance Report 2020 shows the unprecedented development of the Russell Bedford group. Despite unprecedented difficulties, all growth rates go up. In a particularly difficult time of crisis, belonging to a strong network is extremely important and helps to survive on the market.
As the summary of last year shows, the network increased by 13%, by adding 14 members. Our revenue is now approaching 600,000,000 USD; revealing 13% increase from 2019
In Europe, revenues increased by 9%
In North Africa, this is an increase by 2%
In Latin America – 21%
In Asia and the Pacific – 49%
In Africa, 32% revenue growth
In the Middle East – 15%
Staff growth was reported at 3%.
„Although growth in statistics is an important reason for celebration, there are many other factors that make up the uniqueness of the network," says Stephen Hamlet, CEO Russell Bedford. Last year was hard on everyone. However, the sacrifice, resilience and community of our people came through him. Despite unprecedented difficulties, we have achieved so much. Our objectives and tasks must always be in line with our core values and maintain the quality and culture of the network."
To maintain high value, a number of additional solutions and tools were introduced for group members.
• Successfully moved all physical conferences to online events
• A professional development programme was created for members of the network
- Crisis management in relation to Covid-19. The Russell Bedford website features updates available through a special platform for sharing knowledge and insights, daily press briefings, special online events (including business development, leadership, health and wellbeing)
- CSR is developing – corporate social responsibility. The #RBcares campaign was created – to donate to Beirut, Lebanon.
