On 2 October 2017 in Toruń at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, there was a conference organized by the Management Boards of KIDP branches of Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Wielkopolska and Pomerania, together with the Centre for Fiscal Studies of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in cooperation with the Insurance and Reinsurance Association of WARTA S.A., at which Dr. Andrzej Dmowski, Managing Partner at Russell Bedford Poland will give his lecture.
Dr Andrzej Dmowski, led the module - Abuse in VAT in the light of the case law of the EU Court, which was a component of the panel: Due diligence and good faith as a prerequisite for the right to deduct VAT, which was moderated by Dr. Agnieszka Olesińska, Prof. UMK, WPIA of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
