Fine to 45,000 PLN for an employer who hires a blacklist. 281 section 2 and Article 282 section 3 The Labour Code says that an employee will pay a fine if he conceals the full amount of the employee's salary, the situation of which satisfies 3 conditions:

  • enforcement proceedings for non-payment of maintenance shall be carried out against the debtor,
  • the debtor has arrears with the Alimentative Fund,
  • arrears concern over 3 months.

ZUS begins to keep records of works contracts. Each employer is obliged to inform through the Electronic Services Platform about signing such contracts. The notification must be made within 7 days after signing the contract on special print ZUS RUD.

The provision for this amendment is contained in Article 22 Act of 31 March 2020 amending the Act on Special Solutions for Prevention, Prevention and Control COVID-19, other infectious diseases and their emergency situations and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 568).

The anti-crisis shield extends the validity of medical certificates – periodic and preliminary examinations.

Article 15gc. The proposed anti-covid Act (legal status as of: 12 January 2021) gives the employer more flexible possibilities to refer the worker to late vacation. ‘At the time of the outbreak or epidemic, declared for COVID-19, the employer may grant to the worker, within the time limit indicated by him, without the employee's consent and without the leave plan, leave unused by the worker in previous calendar years, up to 30 the days of leave and the worker is obliged to take such leave."
