We are very pleased because our work was once again appreciated by the leading medium. Rzeczpospolita awarded us a distinction for our activities during the pandemic. This is a special reward for us because it shows that we are also working in extreme crisis situations.
Since the start of the pandemic, we have been providing very large support to entrepreneurs and legal entities, unable to cope with fast changing laws. Summary of changes from last month you get in the form of RB Magazine.
As far as July is concerned, we have a few threads continuing the law on crisis shields, including positive information for entrepreneurs – they no longer have to apply for the redemption of a micro-loan led by the Labour Fund.
A number of such shield holes were addressed by the intervention of the SME Ombudsman, who pointed out, among other things, that ZUS did not exempt those payers who had overpaid. Advocate Sylwia Jaszczuk points out, in turn, that the changes made by the shield concerning the Criminal Code are questionable.
The question arises as to whether they should apply, since the Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the amendment of the Criminal Code is incompatible with the Constitution.
Checks on disc spending will last at least five further years, and they will be favoured by more such vague records. Some companies have already returned subsidies from, among others, the Polish Development Fund, because the rules of granting have changed so often that no one was sure that they fulfilled their obligations properly. Controls will certainly affect those entities that sought to reduce the tax base, as some disc records served. We are here to help in case of any doubt in this regard.
