According to GOV:

So it remains to wait until a loudly introduced register is available and will not be suspended under the pressure of entrepreneurs wishing to fulfil their statutory obligation and sign in.

Update:

Based on Article 60(3) We inform you that 16 July 2020 a disruption to the functioning of the IT system that supports the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries (CRBR) has been removed.

We would like to remind you that due to the system's distortions, the time limits in question under Article 60(1) Act and consequently until the deadline resulting from Article 195 Act, no time of interference, i.e. days 13 to 16 July 2020

From 17 July 2020 the deadline for sending the notification to the CRBR shall continue.

This means that the deadline for companies registered in the KRS before 13 October 2019 out 17 July 2020
