The extended deadline for reporting to the CRBR information on the beneficiaries of actual companies that were entered in the National Court Register before 13 October 2019 The companies are to provide this information to 13 July 2020

We remind you that 13 July 2020 the deadline for reporting the beneficial owners to the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries (CRBR). The obligation concerns companies which were entered in the National Court Register (NRS) before the date of entry into force of the CRBR rules, i.e. before 13 October 2019 Companies that have been included in the KRS after 13 October 2019, they are required to report data to the CRBR no later than the time limit 7. days from the date of entry into the KRS.

Who reports and updates data in CRBR

• public companies,

• limited companies,

• limited joint-stock companies,

• limited liability companies;

• simple companies of public limited liability companies (from 1 March 2021)

  • public limited liability companies, except public companies within the meaning of Act dated 29 July 2005 on the public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).

How to report data to CRBR

Data reporting to the CRBR is free of charge and is carried out only electronically on the CRBR registry page .

  • • portal podatki.gov.pl ,
  • • the website of the Ministry of Finance ,
  • • portal biznes.gov.pl .
