As Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy Marlena Maląg said in the Signals of Polish Radio Day, an employer could suspend an employee on three months, and at that time he would be able to benefit from, for example, the solidarity allowance announced by the President in a programme agreement signed with NSZZ ‘Solidarity’ 5 May.b.r.

After the suspension period, the employee would return to his post.
