Winning in the most prestigious competition for an international consulting network proves Russell Bedford's strong global position.
In the final of the Digital Accountancy Awards 2019, organized by International Accounting Bulletin, we were awarded the highest prize, thus recognising as the best advisory group in the world - see the report HERE . We are among the most prominent networks of this segment, including PwC or ACCA, this time taking the highest place of the ranking. Not much – another award was given to CEO Russell Bedford Stephen Hamlet, who was recognized as Personality of the Year.
As a winner of the “Network of the Year”, Russell Bedford demonstrated a successful strategy for profitable growth and was recognized by the industry as a renowned brand that consistently provides high quality professional services. The network has also excelled in many key strategic and operational areas in recent years 12 months and is consistent with the definition of the network according to the International IFAC Accounting Federation.
„This year's winner raised and refreshed his profile and provided growth for the group," commented the judges. “This network not only increased revenue but also recruited new members in new territories, outside its long-term comfort zones.” In fact, over the last year the network has grown significantly, including in locations where the promotion of high standards of doing business is particularly needed. The effort resulted not only in reward, but also in contacts of people from very different cultures who can exchange experiences and also in real help.
The judges also referred to Stephen Hamlet's selection as Personality of the Year:
„The winner of this award developed a strong position in the industry over the past year and worked tirelessly to build a brand and profile of his network. He traveled to various member companies around the world to build relations between them. He was also particularly interested in activating younger people in member companies, meeting with many individuals personally, and also building online contacts.”
