The “Advocat” campaign, organized by the Supreme Bar Council, was launched. The aim of the project is to increase the legal awareness of Poles and encourage the use of counsel of lawyers before taking legal action. Multichannel activities will last until the end 2019.
According to a study carried out by Kantar Public on behalf of the Supreme Bar Council, 87% Poles see no need for legal assistance. A large part of our countrymen do not know in which situations – outside the courtroom – you can ask for help from a lawyer. And such cases are not missing.
We invite you to use our legal department
- Our campaign “Advocat in every case” is a response to observations from everyday bar practice, which have also confirmed in our research. For the majority of Poles, a lawyer is the last resort, and we use his help at the last minute, for example, when we receive a lawsuit. Many of these situations can be countered. The awareness of its rights, obligations and possible legal consequences allows us to make the right decisions and prevent problems, says Adj. Anisa Gnacikowska, Deputy Secretary of the General Bar Council and campaign coordinator.
The aim of the campaign is to increase the legal awareness of Poles and to encourage advice from lawyers before taking legal action to prevent potential consequences. Family matters, loans and loans, contracts with the employer, purchases, sales, complaints – these are just some of the topics addressed in the communication.
In order to achieve their goal, the campaign developers created an Internet portal AdwokatwKazdymPrzypadku.pl , on which readers will find a number of information on life-threatening cases requiring special care on legal issues.
In addition, a series of video spots will appear as part of the campaign, performed with the participation of the famous linguist, Professor Jerzy Bralczyk. The word ‘advocacy’ will be changed by grammatical cases to give a comprehensive overview of the nature of the work of this professional group. Spots presenting individual cases will be published periodically during the project.
