Russell Bedford International announced the appointment of Shinsei International Tax Co. as a member of the global network of professional RB services in Japan.
Shinsei International Tax Co., based in Tokyo, is managed by a team with extensive experience gained in large tax companies and the Japanese national tax agency. Founded in 2011 The company focuses on transfer prices and supports global customer activity in international taxation, finance and accounting.
Shinsei services include taxes for start-ups, individuals and families and support for customers facing tax controls/audits. The company also provides support for international corporate mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, reviews and transfer pricing documentation, as well as cross-border asset reporting and inheritance tax planning.
