The aim of the changes is to streamline the transformation and eliminate situations in which local governments can block the universal expropriation of Poles.

  • We need to speed up the procedures to get the certificates to the owners this year. We gave a great deal of freedom to local governments in the law. They were given the opportunity to shape fees and organise the decommissioning of use. We are ready to amend the bill, while waiting for full involvement of local governments in the rapid issuance of certificates, says Deputy Minister of Investment and Development Artur Soboń.

Package of legal changes #GruntTo Property

  • eliminating the blocking of the transformation by the necessity to divide the built-in property into a residential purpose, on which other facilities are additionally;
  • the introduction of a "simplified" mode of real estate division where such division is necessary;
  • subject to the statutory conversion of land built up in garages and other buildings and facilities serving as a servant to residential land and disclosed in separate perpetual books;
  • specify in the Act whether and in which cases a right to recast a foreigner is required
  • clarification of state aid procedures to ensure that the authorities have a smooth verification of the aid and that businesses have flexible conditions for using the option of opting for conversion payments;
  • statutory provision of the highest discount in the remunerated fee to people in difficult living conditions, including families with disabilities.
