Company Russell Bedford Poland Sp. z ograniczona , ul. Marynarska 11, 02-674 Warsaw (hereinafter: Beneficiary, Russell Bedford Poland, Company) implements the project entitled “Implementation of the B2B class system to optimize business processes At Russell Bedford Poland Sp. z o.o.” on the basis of the grant agreement dated 11 June 2013 of No UDA-POIG.08.02.00-14-289/12-00.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and implemented under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, 8 Priority axis: Information society – enhancing economic innovation, Action 8.2 – Support the implementation of electronic B2B business.
Project objective:
Russell Bedford Poland Sp. z o.o. does not have an IT system that allows to automate current activities in the field of internal processes and supporting cooperation with business partners. The project aims to implement by Russell Bedford Poland B2B system, combining the functionality of CRM and ERP, which aims to automate the main business processes implemented with 3 business partners cooperating with the Applicant.
Effects of the implementation of the new B2B system:
The project consists of carrying out an investment resulting in the implementation of a modern, integrated B2B class system, enabling the development of cooperation between the Applicant and the business partners cooperating with it.
Implementation of planned As part of the project the tasks will contribute to the innovation of the Applicant at process, technical and technological levels. The planned implementation of the system will be based on a modern, dedicated IT platform, operating on the Applicant's side.
The implemented system will enable efficient implementation of business processes with companies cooperating continuously and automatedly, with second In turn, the parties will support the organisation of internal processes of the Applicant, thus enabling the optimization of costs and processes associated with the provision of services, thereby increasing the potential and profitability of the Company. The system will also ensure an adequate level of security and data protection, which is of particular importance in the context of the specificity of the advisory activities carried out by the Applicant and business partners.
Since the implementation of the IT system At Russell Bedford Poland will be able to automate processes related to the provision of services. Through efficient communication between partners, the need for multiple input and transfer of data during their exchange will be eliminated, which will ensure security of access to classified data. This will allow for efficient cooperation between the partners and coordination of the activities related to the provision of services by the Applicant.
In addition, all project documentation will be available in one place, regardless of its physical location for all partners who cooperate in its implementation.
The project will integrate partner IT systems into the comprehensive IT system implemented by the Applicant. The model of cooperation adopted implies a two-way exchange of data between the Applicant system and partner systems.
As a result Russell Bedford Poland will receive the possibility of efficient financial management, budgeting, managing a common database on jointly implemented projects with partners, as well as the possibility of efficient management of customer relations and preparing the necessary compilations and analyses.
