Piotr Chmielewski

Head of the Business Advisory and Corporate Finance Department. He graduated from the Faculty of Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics.

He has extensive experience in financial and business advisory, privatisation processes, capital markets and projects for major Polish companies, corporate groups and international organisations.

He specialises in valuations of businesses, trademarks and intangible assets, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, economic and financial analysis, and restructuring programmes.
