Monika Pindziak-Dutkiewicz

An attorney-at-law specialising in tax, commercial, insolvency and restructuring law. She has extensive experience representing clients in tax and court proceedings.

She contributes to tax planning projects, analyses of long-term contracts, debt restructuring and changes in legal form. She also delivers training on contract law, securing receivables and copyright law.

She graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in financial management at the Krakow University of Economics. She has been with the Katowice office of Russell Bedford Poland since 2015.
