Every wise entrepreneur knows how destructive the trap of ignorance is. There is no doubt that training is needed and gives tangible benefits. What can we do when companies cannot afford to invest in development? Grants may be helpful. We have a choice here. two sources of financing — Union or state budget assistance. For support, please visit the Development Services website or contact the Labour Office.
This year, employees from all voivodships, in addition to the Mazowieckie and Pomeranian voivodships, can benefit from the possibility of funding from the European Union funds. The money is available under the Private Finance System for micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs.
Granted training from the EU budget is available on the Development Services Database website www.uslugirozwojowe.parp.gov.pl , and the selection of training providers who examine the development needs of the applicant companies decide to allocate their funding. They are designated by the Marshal's Office of the respective voivodship.
For example, for Podlaskie voivodship the operator is the Provincial Labour Office and in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship we have third operators, depending on the sub-region: Olsztyn sub-region: Association "Center of Economic Development of Pasłęka, Techpal Sp.
z o.o., Warmian-Mazury Association of Private Employers; Elbląg subregion: Association "Center of Economic Development Pasłęka, Techpal Sp. z o.o., Ełcki subregion: Association "Center of Economic Development Pasłęka, Techpal Sp. z o.o., Warmian-Mazury Association of Private Employers. It is up to them to ask for financial support.
Once the needs are identified, they will decide whether the grant can be given. It's worth knowing one from the opportunities offered by the new funding system is to buy a special voucher for training.
For example, a voucher of value 5,000 PLN you can buy from your operator for 1,000 PLN (the amounts given are indicative), then used by the party uslugirozwojowe.parp.gov.pl Here you search for training and then register as an individual or institutional user and order the chosen service using a simple form.
Support from the National Training Fund
The funds from the state budget are almost this year 200,000 PLN. They can be used by all companies, with micro enterprises, i.e. employer hiring to 10 persons from the KFS can be financed 100% costs of continuing education, while other companies have to make their own contribution 20% training.
The total funding from the KFS must not exceed the amount 300% average remuneration per year per one participant. Support for the financing of staff development should be sought from the competent labour office.
The Authority will notify whether it still has the means, and if so, will issue a grant application and provide all the necessary information. Obtaining a grant from the KFS requires cooperation from the training organizer, who is to provide the required documents, including the training activity certificate and certificates.
As every year, development support measures are distributed at a rapid pace. In some voivodships, operators have already turned their cocks with EU money, in others grants will only begin. It is important to keep your hand on the pulse and not forget that an employee with always up-to-date knowledge is a powerful company capital.
