Under the Family Foundation Act, the family foundation is a legal person established to collect, manage property in the interests of beneficiaries and to provide benefits to beneficiaries.
Its main objective is to give the power to manage family property, protecting it from “split” during succession. Thanks to the institution, the assets of the company will be able to be held in hands one families, which can ultimately translate into faster business development and increased investment.
