The most successful companies understand that any solution can be created and found through partnerships and relationships, especially if your company operates internationally and crosses cultural boundaries Try to cultivate a wonderful relationship, and you will create something special in your company: loyalty, trust and passion for your cause.
Today, companies worldwide face three key challenges:
- recruitment and maintenance of qualified personnel;
- communicating problems while maintaining a sense of community in a mixed environment;
- managing cash flows and financial problems while striving to maximise return on investment.
Four ways to cultivate a wonderful relationship with customers and their team
Remember that you are involved in three types of relationships each day: with yourself, with your people and with your environment. Developing the habit of self-analysis of problems seen through these three perspectives.
You can do this through authoreflexion, by improving your communication skills, through self-education and professional improvement, through development and environmental events, through your CSR and ESG strategies. When making strategic decisions, always consider influencing yourself, your team and your surroundings.
One of the biggest challenges in building and maintaining great relationships is the uncertainty of global business and the constantly changing dynamics of relations. Use regular copyright and affirmation questions.
- How can I work with this?
- What is my plan for further development?
- Is it reasonable or realistic to expect this?
- How can I show love today?
- I'm an adult; I can handle whatever happens.
- Things won't go my way.
- Not everyone has to like me.
- I will start with what is possible.
Regularly repeated autoflexical questions and such statements calm your mind. They allow others to present themselves as a calm, consistent and motivating manager by a positive example.
Raise your standards in relationships by asking yourself these open questions:
- • How can I treat my people better?
- • how can I set boundaries and follow them for the sake of my team and my team?
The first question will remind you of continuing to be caring and caring for others: people know and appreciate when you make an extra effort for them. The second question will help you and your team avoid burning and spending too much time working under constant stress, which can exhaust the quality and productivity of your work.
Look long-term – think five to ten years ahead.
How does it look? Will the current problem be resolved by then? Very often. This long-term look will make you feel calmer, less responsive and bring better energy and presence to interact with others. Technology is usually efficient and reliable, but we're not machines.
You must give your team time to develop; be brave and empathetic enough to let people make mistakes. If you don't do this, you can put pressure on people, they can feel their position becoming untenable.
Many people who resign from their positions do this not because of money, but because of miscommunicated expectations, little supporting the company's culture, no professional support and development. Creating something valuable, including a team, takes time and patience. Give them time and space to grow with you.
Next steps
Here is a simple three-step process that will help you implement these suggestions in your company:
Decide which of these four techniques you're going to implement and give it to the team.
Set yourself a measured timeframe to implement the process.
Think ahead. Think about it. How will you know if this is going to work? What kind of improvements or results do you expect to see? Is this supposed to be an improved staff retention rate? Better morale? Follow your progress and feedback with your team to set next steps for the future.
The implementation of these techniques can create something positive and give tangible successes that can help to build a community and even solve liquidity problems. There's no limit to how well we can treat each other. Enjoy the opportunity that the adopted strategy offers you and your people.
