- • the personal benefits of the partner;
- • taxation of limited liability companies;
- • taxation of holding companies.
Leszek Dutkiewicz provide practical aspects and benefits available to firms at risk of insolvency in the framework of the agreement approval procedure, indicating, inter alia:
- • the conditions for default;
- • the conditions for the initiation of the system approval procedure;
- • rules for the protection of the debtor's assets and undertakings during the proceedings;
- • the possible effects of the agreement.
