On behalf Russell Bedford Poland Sp. z o.o. invites you to participate in the free event “Documentary obligations in transfer prices – practical aspects”. The meeting will take place as part of the RB meeting cycle with entrepreneurs, on 17 November 2022 at the Warsaw headquarters of the company at 123A Jerozolimskie Avenue, Atlas Tower building, 21 upstairs.
The theme will be the practical aspects of the examination of the documentation obligation – i.e., determining which transactions between related parties require them to draw up transfer pricing tax records and benchmarking. What documentation thresholds must exceed the transaction value in order to draw up documentation for them? How to group such transactions? When is this obligation excluded? Among other things, we will answer these questions at this meeting.
The meeting will also be enriched with a presentation of the practical application of the presented knowledge.
Individual consultations with advisors are possible after the speech (ok. 45 min).
