The credit vacation is a ‘mortgage lease’, i.e. the possibility to suspend its repayment even on 8 months. Requests for suspension of instalments may be submitted from 29 July this year, with credit holidays starting in August this year Check the Ministry of Finance Guide – Who can apply for a credit holiday and how to do it.

Credit holidays are even 8 months without repayment of credit instalments:

  • maximum 2 instalments during the period 1 August – 30 September 2022;
  • maximum 2 instalments during the period 1 October – 31 December 2022;
  • maximum 4 instalments in 2023 – rod one racies in each quarter.

Credit holidays are a solution for people with mortgages in Polish zlotys, who have taken credit for their own housing needs.

They relate to both the equity part and the interest rate credit. The deadlines for payment of instalments will be extended without any additional interest. The only fees that credit holidays can receive are insurance charges.

Credit holiday applications can be submitted from 29 July this year The application for a credit holiday shall be submitted to the bank which granted the mortgage.
