A survey conducted during the conference indicated an important premise – the majority of participants considered that the only limit of optimization was law, not other factors, such as political ones.
In response to the votes of the local government advisors to the Ministry of Finance, he announced that he would consult on the limits of optimization in order to issue guidelines on this issue.
