The National Scientific Conference organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw will take place 20 May in Warsaw and online. During the event as a panelist and lecturer, a patron will perform Andrzej Dmowski, partner Russell Bedford Poland.
The conference is devoted to corporate income tax (CIT). The aim of the conference is to summarise the current legislative and jurisprudence acquis on corporate income tax and to assess the fiscal efficiency and social justice of this tax, as well as to discuss the prospects for change in the light of the current socio-economic situation.
During the conference, lectures and panel discussion are provided (with the possibility of speaking from each participant), which will sum up the post-conference monograph issued in one of the reputable publications.
We invite academics, judges of administrative courts, tax authorities and the judiciary, practitioners and journalists, and above all entrepreneurs, as well as students and PhD students, to participate in the conference.
The programme of the Conference provides for a lecture by Dr. Andrzej Dmowski, who will talk about whether the so-called Estonian CIT is a favourable form of taxation.
The conference will take place in hybrid mode: Speakers and invited guests will be gathered at the Warsaw University Hall, while other participants – remotely online. The link to participation in the event will be sent to the e-mail address given on registration.
Participation in the conference is paid (excluding students, PhD students and academics of the Warsaw University of Warsaw and the name-invited guests). The conference fee is 100 PLN.
