On 20 April 2018 We met with our customers and guests at a legal and tax breakfast at the charming scenery of the Kraków Kossak hotel, in the Orazzeria restaurant on the roofs of Krakow.
During a brief meeting of the counselor Russell Bedford Poland presented practical problems arising under the rules in force in 2018. The leading theme of the meeting is to secure contractual obligations in economic trade, as well as changes in the practice of tax authorities at the beginning 2018 – income taxes, transfer prices.
We talked about practical aspects of commercial contracts and preparing for transfer pricing checks. Counselor Joanna Chruściel presented various ways of securing performance of contracts, both commonly used and less known, which are an interesting alternative in various aspects of business activity. Leszek Dutkiewicz set out practical aspects of tax documentation according to current requirements, indicating possible expectations for transfer pricing by tax authorities.
