Structured, issued and made available by the KSeF, invoices will function as economic one the accepted forms of documentation of transactions, alongside paper invoices and current economic electronic invoices.

In the initial period, this will be a voluntary solution. The entrepreneur will decide whether to issue an invoice structured in KSeF or to remain with the solution used.

Why we share the logical structure of e-Facture in the working version

In order to allow IT systems to adapt to the innovations introduced, we publish a working version of the e-Facture logical structure (FA VAT). We developed it taking into account the comments made during the tax consultation with entrepreneurs.

The working version of the FA VAT structure is available on the website of the Ministry of Finance – National Tax Administration in the National e-Faktur System and on the website podatki.gov.pl

Documentation in English

Due to the expected interest of software suppliers outside Poland, we provide documentation of the logical structure of e-Fakture in the English language version, as an auxiliary material for implementation purposes.

Example E-Facture Files

On the website of the Ministry of Finance – National Revenue Administration in the National e-Faktur System we also provide a set of examples of e-Faktur files, which show how to fill the structure in certain cases.

Questions about the structure can now be addressed to: info.ksef@mf.gov.pl
