It is not a simple task to construct contractual terms that reflect the individual nature of cooperation with the client. Establishing a transparent and precise agreement is a complex and time-consuming process. It requires a tax advisor not only to develop theoretical knowledge in the field of civil law, but above all to be able to select contractual clauses properly or to apply appropriate language returns.

In addition to discussing basic theoretical issues, the book contains practical guidelines and models resulting from long-term work and experience.

The publication is intended to support tax advisors in creating positive customer relations while ensuring legal certainty for both parties to the contracts.
