Proposed Change: Currently, affiliated companies file separate JPK_VAT reports with standard documentation. Under the new system, intra-group transactions would not require VAT invoices or traditional documentation. Implementation Phases: The initial pilot targets large companies with CIT tax groups.

Expansion to smaller businesses is planned by 2023. Participation remains voluntary, mirroring approaches in Austria, Holandia, and Germany.
