The Russell Bedford global professional services network announced the establishment of Samhwa Accounting Corporation Moore Global as a new member company Russell Bedford in South Korea.
Founded in Seoul, 1997 Samhwa Accounting Corporation developed through mergers with Cheil Accounting Corporation in 2012 and Daegwang Accounting Corporation in 2013 The company is currently one of the largest accounting firms and auditors in South Korea.
Registered in the Financial Services Commission as an auditor of listed companies, Samhwa has 38 Directors/partners and together above 230 employees. 110 employees of the company are qualified CPA and members of the Korean Institute of Expert Auditors (KICPA).
Samhwa provides a comprehensive range of audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services, and has over 6000 customers, including some engaged abroad in the USA, China, Vietnam, Taiwan and Indonesia.
