The closing ceremony of the 8th edition of the “Golden Wings” competition for authors of professional books, organized by the “Journal of Law Newspapers”. The winner of the main prize in the category of tax law was Dr. Andrzej Dmowskia publication: Taxation of derivatives of financial instruments with corporate income tax. Legal, tax and balance sheet aspects, Wolters Kluwer.
The Golden Wings competition may be submitted to authors who did not complete the book at the time of publication 35. years of age. Awards are awarded in four categories: economic law, tax law, labour and social security law and administrative law.
All of the submitted work was assessed by a chapter composed of outstanding experts in the field, both scientists and practitioners.
