Another meeting with Russell Bedford behind us, on the day 19 May 2017 breakfast was held on "Divisions of Capital Companies – Port Separation and Separation by Separation – Selected Legal, Tax and Balance sheet Issues".
This time interest in the event exceeded our expectations, we have prepared for you as always around 50 places, and yet we had to regretfully refuse to accept more people than that. Certainly, we will organize another such meeting in our office in Warsaw, to which we cordially invite.
