What interest is this subject attracted by the fact that already two weeks before the meeting all available seats were reserved.
In the first block of restructuring advisors Grzegorz Piotrowicz and mec. Michał Zawiła presented the types of restructuring proceedings explaining the differences between the various proceedings governed by the Act Restructuring law and indicating the possibilities offered by such proceedings to companies and people at risk of bankruptcy. The conductors also explained how consumer bankruptcy could be helpful to natural persons operating in a difficult financial situation.
After a short break, sir Leszek Dutkiewicz commented on the changes in the documentation obligations of transfer prices from 2017 relate to related companies, indicating in which situations the new requirements mean an increase in the required information, in which situations some of the requirements will not apply to them, and when taxpayers will be required to draw up a comparative analysis and when they can benefit from the exceptions envisaged. The lead also outlined the methodology of the tax authorities' activities towards related companies and indicated the planned tax controls.
